Recovery and Destruction of Ozone-Depleting Substances (ODS) from Products, v1.0

This methodology quantifies the GHG emission reductions from activities that recover and destroy Ozone-Depleting Substances (ODS) from products where a partial or total atmospheric release of ODS occurs in the baseline scenario. Project activities can be implemented in Montreal Protocol Article 5 and Non-Article 5 countries.

Infrared Automatic Refrigerant Leak Detection Efficiency Project Methodology, v1.0

This methodology quantifies the GHG emission reductions generated by reducing leaks of hydroflourocarbon (HFC) refrigerants from commercial refrigeration systems in the United States.  HFC leaks can be reduced by monitoring refrigeration systems using infrared real time leak detection systems.  By detecting leaks quickly, refrigeration systems can be maintained and thereby reducing the rate of HFC emissions.

This methodology was open for public comment from 18 January 2010 until 16 February 2010. Public comments are closed.
