Livestock and Manure Management Methodologies

Projects may be developed using a methodology from an approved GHG program.

Currently this includes methodologies from:

• UNFCCC Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). See related CDM methodologies.
• California's Climate Action Reserve (CAR). See related CAR methodologies.

VCS does not currently have unique methodologies in the livestock and manure management sector. However, new livestock and manure management methodologies may be proposed for use under the program.
