Weatherization of Single Family and Multi-Family Buildings, v1.1

This methodology quantifies the GHG emissions reduced by implementing energy efficiency measures that reduce the energy consumption of family buildings.  Energy efficiency can be achieved by adding and/or improving insulation, sealing the building envelope and replacing appliances and central heating/cooling components.

This methodology is applicable to single family and multi-family buildings, replacing mobile homes, or implementing individual energy efficiency measures in existing buildings.

Methodology developer MaineHousing provides additional guidance for project proponents.
